Share your license key with others
Exceed the device activation limit for your license tier
Use a Personal license for commercial purposes

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day free trial so you can fully evaluate the software before purchasing. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, contact support for a full refund.

Warranty Disclaimer

Ask PDF Offline is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or that results will meet your expectations.

The AI model may occasionally produce incorrect or inconsistent results. Always verify important information from the original documents.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the software.

Third-party Components

This product includes third-party components licensed under their respective licenses.

Updates and Modifications

We may update Ask PDF Offline from time to time. Updates are provided free of charge to all active license holders. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with or without notice.

Termination

Your license automatically terminates if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the software and delete all copies.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
